PJ Dick was selected to provide Construction Management at Risk services for the mixed-use Bakery Square development on Penn Avenue in East Liberty. Bakery Square, converted from an abandoned Nabisco Bakery, features 216,000 sf of office space and 135,000 sf of retail space. The project also features a 41,000 sf fitness facility, a 110-room Marriott SpringHill Suites hotel, a 992-car parking garage, and 99 surface-level parking spots.

The project utilizes solar energy, wind energy and a green roof. The project achieved LEED Platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
