Exton (PA) — PJ Dick is expanding into the Eastern part of the Commonwealth with the opening of an office in Exton, PA. As one of the largest Pennsylvania-based contractors, PJ Dick’s resume includes notable projects such as the 18,300-seat CONSOL Energy Center arena; the 33-story Tower at PNC Plaza, which will be the greenest skyrise in the world; the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh; and Carnegie Mellon University’s Gates Center for Computer Science and Hillman Center for Future - Generation Technologies.

“We see this expansion as a natural progression for our company,” noted Clifford R. Rowe, Jr., PJ Dick’s CEO. “We have been successful in delivering high-quality and value-added construction solutions for more than 35 years, and we will approach this new endeavor with the same commitment.”

For the past 60 years, PJ Dick’s sister company Trumbull Corporation has provided construction services for sitework, roadways and bridges from offices in Harrisburg and Bensalem. With the addition of PJ Dick’s Exton office, the companies will expand on this work by offering general contracting and construction management services for the health care, higher education and commercial construction market.

Regional Manager Gary Heinerichs and Regional Operations Manager Wayne Schrader will lead the office. Each has 30+ years of experience in the eastern and central Pennsylvania construction market.

“I’m thrilled to offer PJ Dick’s services to the Eastern market,” Heinerichs said. “The firm's outstanding resume; building facilities for the commercial, industrial, educational and multi-family market; as well as medical field, is a much needed alternative in this region.”

“Clients also will benefit immensely from our personal relationships with regional subcontractors,” Schrader said. “The connections we have built with these firms enable us to provide quality work with the best value for our clients.”
