As a construction manager, PJ Dick has completed over $500 million of construction activity since 1998. In this role, we act as the owner’s agent to define the project objectives, prepare conceptual and final estimates, administer procurement of bid packages, manage trade contractors, implement site safety programs, schedule activities, conduct constructability and value engineering reviews, manage shop drawings, manage change orders, and administer all records and meetings. From the pre-design phase to construction and occupancy phases, we are the owner’s designated representative.
